13X13 cast aluminum Bell Phone Center building sign. It has the 1969 Bell System logo at the bottom. Back in the 1970s these stores were out on the street and in the malls. You could buy character phones, refurbished payphones and so on there. The phone you bought were not really yours, you owned the housing and the telephone co. owned the working parts.
